Summerville - A year ago, dozens marched to protest against the Confederate flag flew porch of a white woman in a historically black South. After someone threw a rock on the porch, has created a wooden framework. It was only the start of construction.
Earlier this year, Annie Chambers, neighbors Caddell built on two solid 8-foot high fences of wood on both sides of his modest brick house in the South to protect the flag in sight.
